A deeply proud Nova Scotian and Maritimer, Sean founded Some Good in 2022 as a way to give back to the region he loves so much.

Over the course of his 16 year career, Sean has worked across a variety of marketing, communications and partnership roles in both the public and private sectors in Alberta, Ontario and Nova Scotia.

Before launching Some Good, Sean spent five years leading an international partnership portfolio for the Province of Nova Scotia with a focus on international business, investment attraction and economic development. 

Sean is a leading expert in Atlantic Canada on diaspora communities and their role in supporting international business and economic development. In 2023, he founded Global Bluenosers, a podcast and digital community for Nova Scotia's international community of expats, alumni and advocates. To date, he has hosted events for over 200 members of the community in the United States, United Kingdom and Germany.

Sean is also known as LinkedIn's Unofficial Nova Scotia Guy, having built a large following on LinkedIn around his content that celebrates Nova Scotia, our business community, and the importance of diaspora communities in our economic future.
